1. Production & Processing Time
Because our products are made-to-order especially for you, they must go through a production process before shipping.
Production Time: Please allow 2 to 7 business days for your order to be printed, quality-checked, and packaged.
Total Delivery Time: Total delivery time = Production time + Shipping transit time.

Once your order leaves the production facility, standard shipping times apply. Please note that transit times are estimates and do not include weekends or holidays.

Canada: 10 – 30 business days

Rest of the World: 10 – 30 business days
Please note: Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and unincorporated territories of the United States can take an additional 7 – 12 business days.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will become active within 24–48 hours.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Our store is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Incorrect Addresses & Lost Packages
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrectly entered address. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us immediately so we can look into the issue with our printing partner.
